Data organized by port of entry PADD, i.e., East Coast, Midwest, Gulf Coast, Rocky Mountain, West Coast, and Territories. Data in monthly or annual time series. Users of the EIA API are required to obtain an API Key via this registration form: http://www.eia.gov/beta/api/register.cfm
