The 2023 Climate and Energy Benchmark on the buildings sector measures the world’s 50 most influential companies in the buildings sector on their alignment with the Paris Agreement goal of limiting global warming to 1.5° Celsius and their contributions to a just transition. The Buildings Benchmark is the second comprehensive assessment of companies across different subsectors; construction, property development and property management using the ACT Assessment along with just transition and social scoring.
