GPS data was collected for both state-owned and leased facilities used by the WSDOT.Facility Type & Description - Pits, Quarries, Stockpile, and Waste SiteLess-developed land used intermittently to quarry, process, and store consumable highway maintenance products such as sand or gravel. Typically supports one or no buildings and serves highway segments that are in proximity to the site.
