USDA Database for the Proanthocyanidin Content of Selected Foods - 2004

[Note: This release is no longer accessible, superseded by Release 2 (2015) - http://dx.doi.org/10.15482/USDA.ADC/1324621] This database was created through a collaborative effort between the Nutrient Data Laboratory, USDA-Agricultural Research Service and the Arkansas Children's Nutrition Center, USDA-Agricultural Research Service. The database contains values for 205 food items for the following proanthocyanidins groups:

Monomers Dimers Trimers 4-6 mers (tetramers, pentamers and hexamers) 7-10 mers (heptamers, octamers, nonamers and decamers Polymers (DP>10)
